What is the Costa Club?
The Costa Club is Costa Cruises' loyalty programme. You earn points for every night on board — 100 in an inside cabin, 200 with a sea view, 300 with a balcony and 500 in a suite — plus 2 points for every euro spent on board. Your tier is set by the points from the last three years and is recalculated every 30 April.
Membership is free and your card number stays the same for life. Enter it above at any time to see your current tier, and use it when booking to get the member fare.
Costa Club tiers
Blue
0 points – The entry tier, yours as soon as you join. Up to 5% off the cruise fare on selected departures, onboard discounts on selected items and one free change of departure date.
Bronze
1–5,000 points – Up to 10% off the cruise fare on selected departures, plus one cabin upgrade per year and the C|Club Show on board.
Silver
5,001–30,000 points – Up to 15% off the cruise fare on selected departures, sparkling wine in your cabin and a free pizza at Pummid'Oro.
Gold
30,001–140,000 points – Up to 20% off the cruise fare on selected departures, priority boarding, bathrobe and slippers, a day at the Spa Solemio and your choice of dinner seating.
Platinum
140,001+ points – The top tier. Up to 20% off the cruise fare on selected departures, a free spa treatment, a meeting with the Captain and your choice of disembarkation time.
Frequently asked questions about the Costa Club
It is printed on your Costa Club card, shown in your account on the Costa Cruises website, and included in your cruise confirmation.
Your name and date of birth are what identify you at Costa. With a card number, the date of birth also makes sure nobody else can look up your membership.
Check that your name and date of birth are exactly as registered with Costa, or try again with your card number. If it still fails, your membership may not be active yet.
It depends on your tier: on selected departures Costa gives Blue members up to 5%, Bronze up to 10%, Silver up to 15%, and Gold and Platinum up to 20% off the cabin part of standard fares.
