Could be better: The buffet restaurant isn't self-service, it was very bad, never again Costa!

Could be better: The kids' room needs more toys.

First cruise · 2 adults (50–59) · August 2026The best part: The view, the sea, the sunsets, the fine-dining dinners, the wines, easy listening music and a rock concert

Could be better: We tried the vegan dinner menu once; it took two hours to arrive, and there's room for improvement there :). Most of it wasn't comparable to the normal menu! I'd rather take it off the offering… or improve it. The ship does dock two hours from Rome, which is the furthest port; the rest are perfectly fine.

Experienced cruiser · 4 adults (20–39) · July 2026The best part: The people I travelled with
Could be better: It would have been good if the ship's crew spoke English, the food options could have been better, and an allergen chart was very much missing

First cruise · 4 adults (40–69), 2 children · July 2026The best part: The complexity of the ship and exploring it
Could be better: In Barcelona there weren't enough transfers available for the number of passengers leaving the terminal area.

First cruise · 2 adults (40–49) · July 2026Could be better: We had a wonderful cruise and no major problems. However, we won at Bingo but, because we do not speak English or Italian, we did not understand how to claim the prize and unfortunately did not receive it. It would be very helpful if there were more language support or clearer multilingual announcements for guests who do not speak these languages. Thank you for an otherwise fantastic cruise.
