Could be better: I was satisfied with everything.

Could be better: The staff should keep a bit better order in the theatre and the bars. Some passengers were loud, ill-mannered, pushy and quarrelsome, and they spoiled the experience for many of us.

Could be better: The meals were very awkward compared with other MSC ships.

Could be better: For me the pool area was beneath criticism. A small, deep pool, full of people.

Could be better: We loved the trip overall. Just a few very minor points for consideration: • Some specific soft drinks, such as Bitter Lemon and Coca-Cola Zero, were not available on one side of the Top Deck restaurant, while they were available on the other side. I had to ask around and was directed to different locations before finding them. • We enjoyed the focaccia. On one day it was served without olives, and we preferred it that way. Olives were added the following day, which was not to our taste. • Our balcony was cleaned regularly, but water was often left behind afterward. • While there was a good selection of no-added-sugar products and a good selection of lactose-free products, options that combined both requirements were quite limited. • Our children were not particularly satisfied with the Teen Club. They enjoyed the Teen Club on MSC Armonia much more than the one on MSC Musica. • The theatre performances were enjoyable overall. There were four singers, two of whom were very good, while the other two were average. At times, there were noticeable issues with pitch and vocal consistency. Overall, we had a very positive experience and thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. These are only minor observations, as there is always room for improvement. The wellness cleaning lady deserves a special mention. 😄 She always seemed a little frustrated that the area became wet after people used the showers, which gave the impression that she was constantly annoyed. It actually became a running joke in our family. That said, all the other crew members were fantastic and provided excellent service throughout the cruise.

Could be better: They didn't notice we had come back to the same ship within two months — that could be expected

Could be better: It would be a great help if the information displays on board were available in Hungarian too.
